Terms & Conditions of Use
Article 1: Acceptance of Terms & Scope
By accessing the Taam Agency website or engaging the Agency to request its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all Agency services in the fields of interior decor, event coordination, construction, and project management. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website or services.
Article 2: Scope of Services
Taam Agency provides comprehensive services including:
- Design and execution of interior and exterior decor for commercial and residential spaces
- Coordination, setup, and management of events and occasions of all types
- Construction project management and general and specialist contracting works
- Furnishing and fitting out of spaces, supply of decor materials and finishing works
- Technical and design consultancy for real estate and commercial development projects
Article 3: Contract Formation & Validity
A formal contractual relationship is established between the parties upon fulfilment of the following conditions:
- Signature of the service contract by both parties in accordance with the Agency's approved templates
- Payment of the initial deposit specified in the contract as confirmation to commence execution
- Obtaining required approvals and permits from the relevant authorities where applicable
Prices and specifications in submitted proposals are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and are subject to review thereafter.
Article 4: Obligations & Duties
The client undertakes to:
- Provide all required information and documents in full and by agreed deadlines
- Meet site requirements and obtain all necessary official permits and approvals
- Adhere to payment schedules as specified in the contract
- Refrain from any interference with execution operations that may impede work or cause harm to the team or materials
- Report any observations or developments relating to the project immediately
Article 5: Payments & Settlement
Payment amounts and schedules are determined by the executed contract. The following provisions apply:
- Prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (15%)
- Delay in settling any outstanding payment entitles the Agency to suspend execution until full payment is received
- Invoices are due for payment within the period specified in the contract from the date of issuance
- Payments shall be settled in accordance with the Saudi Payments Law and applicable regulatory requirements
