A high-level workshop bringing ministry leadership and private-sector delegates into one conversation needed a room where everyone faced everyone — and could read the presentation from any seat.
We built a continuous U of custom delegate tables with wood-grain fronts, a head table in front of a full-width partner backdrop, and angled white plinths on the floor that carry the presentation screens into the middle of the room. Everything was built up overnight and dressed with flowers before doors opened.

Planning something similar?
We will come back with a concept and a budget. If the build-up window is tight, say so — it changes how we plan the fabrication.
