Every stand starts as a measured 3D design against the hall plan and the organiser’s rules, so the render you approve is the stand that gets built. Joinery, print and lighting are produced before we arrive on site, which keeps overnight installs predictable.

How early should we brief you?
Four to six weeks before build-up is comfortable for a custom stand. Shorter timelines are possible — tell us the dates and we will say honestly what fits.
Do you handle the organiser’s approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, electrical requirements and documents organisers ask for, and follow them through to approval.
Which cities do you work in?
We are based in Riyadh and deliver across the Kingdom — recent stands include Al Khobar and Hafar Al-Batin.
